The Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services is proud to announce that over 400,000 Virginians have enrolled in health coverage through Medicaid Expansion. We are proud to count more than 1.5 million Virginians as members.

And now, when access to health care is more important than ever, we want to let our members and all Virginians know that we are here for you.

We have updated our policies to ensure that you can access care without co-pays. You also will not lose Medicaid coverage during the current health crisis. And, if you have recently lost health coverage through your employer, you can apply for Medicaid coverage at any time.

We are proud to support all Virginians at this critical moment.
