Virginians can now shop for high-quality health insurance as Virginia’s Insurance Marketplace officially starts the plan year 2026 Open Enrollment Period. From November 1, 2025, through January 30, 2026, residents statewide can shop for plans that offer robust benefits and dependable insurance coverage for themselves and their families.
